Spanish Waters  in Ormond by the Sea, Florida is a neighborhood of 25 homes by the sea. It is located on a lovely barrier island on the Atlantic Coast of Florida just north of Daytona Beach.  Residents of this community enjoy beachside living with easy access to shopping, restuarants, entertainment and activities.

SWHOA

All homeowners on Spanish Waters Drive are members of the Spanish Waters Homeowner's Association (SWHOA).  The purpose of this site is to provide owners easy access to their Association's Declarations, By Laws and Rules and Regulations.  Newletters and information about activities and Neighbor Watch will also be posted on this site.
